A Services Facilitator is a company registered with Virginia Medicaid that someone can select to manage their "Consumer-Directed services." Under Consumer-Directed services, the person receiving care chooses and hires their own caregiver (which can be a family member, a friend, or a professional).

What Does a Services Facilitator Do?
A Services Facilitator:

When Is a Services Facilitator Chosen?
